Oсd zone on starter planets?

Hello. Will there be different oсd zones on the starting planets?

On the planet HAVEN, the oсd zones have disappeared

Guess someone bought it and offered it to everyone.
But if the structure is wiped, the OCD Zone is wiped too.

all OCD zones you found on any starter planets were put on player owned bases by players themself

given that all player owned structures spawned in starter systems and not moved (bases) get deleted after 14 days, most (all?) of OCD zones placed at server start are gone in last 1-2 days

Thank you for a good and clear answer. It is a pity that these zones no longer exist.
