======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======
Problem accessing my OCD, may have reset to zero. Game name: Magnificon. Currently playing on the HWS RE NA server. I became a patron 6 days ago on the HWS+ NA server. I started on this server (HWS RE NA) on the day of the season change in the Haven sector as an explorer origin. I’m very confused. I know that my items have been sitting idle for months, maybe a year. If I have lost everything, I will just start over, but during game play it listed my items and I was able to go through the process of retrieving them. I got the appropriate messages when entering the ocd- zone. I was able to request the items, set the quantity, hit send and the items would not deliver. Now, today, it seems that my ocd has reset to level one and it is empty. Please tell me the status and what I need to do or if I just need to start over.
