OCD Item loss on disconnect

What happened?
=>

  • Had 178 autominer cores in OCD
  • Triggered withdraw of 77 autominer cores via HWS connect
  • Immediately lost connection to server
  • Never received inventory popup for withdraw, resulting in loss of the 77 autominer cores

I attempted a second withdraw which was successful, but the 77 missing am cores seem to have been lost. It was well before the restart countdown began.

How can we help you now?
=> Well, I hope that the autominer cores can be returned.
Barring that, maybe in the future these items could be returned to OCD instead of poofing into oblivion.
