What happened?

Tried to pull 4 Quantum Cores and 3 Alien Cores from OCD, they disappeared.
Clicked Send in Website, the ingame notice opened. I clicked accept… the notice disapeared and the the items window never opened… tried to send again after a few 10 or so seconds, got a notice that I had a pending transaction…
I pulled a ton of stuff out already, first time I’ve had an issue.
