OCD lvl5 is not working on RE

Hey, this is only on EU/NA you can use it everywhere.

HWS Reforged Eden (HWS RE) Note

On HWS RE OCD works a bit differently to be more aligned with the spirit of the Scenario.
That means OCD, no matter your level, will only work in the OCD Zones, no matter what it states elsewhere on this page.
For now, there are 2, on the ECC Planet at the EGS HQ POI and in ECC Sector at the EGS HQ Outpost.

On RE you can only use OCD in OCD Zones.
