This playfield does not exist.
It would help a LOT if you could be more clear.
Then we can help more easily.
Do you mean OCD or starter planets?
There are only few OCD zones.

I see you have OCD level 2, so I guess you mean ECC.
Show a screenshot where you stand “in that zone”.
Then I can verify if you were on the right zone.
