======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======

**What happened?**my OCD everytime i try to view it, first i get warning about warping .( whitch i’m not) then it blacks to a tree looking thing and and says i’m inactive and log in to a server. really hard not to put a DUH here.=>

You have to play on the server actively.
Login to both servers so it can verify what is going on

Idk if this is related to the issue, but ive noticed if no one is actively on the server connect for the specific server will do the same thing the ticket submitter is stating. Maybe because no playfields are currently active at that moment.

That inactive players get this placeholder image is correct. Maybe not the prettiest yet but inactive player should not use their HWS Connect at all.
Only active players get data synced.
