Optronics doubled in Base Blueprints

What happened:
=> When adding resources to a Base blueprint I noticed that it needed twice the number of optronic matrix than it needed in vanilla

HWS Configs (Templates.ecf) is different than Vanilla and cost are increased.
I don’t know which device in particular but blind saying: yes, intentional.

Thank you for your answer. However, we now need 16 optronic matrix and 8 optronics bridges to make one tier 4 base. I would estimate that it takes a constructor half an hour to make each optronics object, therefore a total of about 12 hours. Even using multiple constructors it will take a long time and huge resources to make one tier 4 base, thus making it impossible for the smaller factions to make a PvP capable base. This will mean that smaller factions are being kept out of PvP through lack of time and materials to effectively mount a decent attack on the large established factions. In this situation I feel that the end result of this optronics increase is to allow the rich factions to just get richer, because they will have no competition from the smaller factions. I’m sure this is not what you have in mind for the game, but I worry that this is the inevitable result.
