I collected my gun from the woman at ECC and as soon as I had it in my hotbar, the game crashed. When i logged back in the gun has gone, it is not on the floor around me and the lovely lady wants a million to buy a second one.

Ideally I would like the origin gun replaced as the fault was caused by a game crash and nothing I did.
