What happened:
=> A player of ours named OldSch0ol did CSW to NA maybe a couple of weeks back.
He took a CV with 2 docked SV, when he got there the ships appeared but are now red to him and unable to access any of them, they seem to be private to someone else.
The ships have been there ever since as he was unable to create a ticket for whatever reason.

=> this took place a couple of weeks ago.
