i’m guessing you didn’t read the ‘readme’ part

just use the ingame command do:recz:id, you can also check if you have the level 5, by egs:? / egs:info or on hws connect - dashboard i think..

Ok, found the issue:

"DO_EGS_Level5","status":"ERR","error":"Invalid Item value: 15.99!=13.59"

For some reason our verification system found a discrepancy between the amount you wanted to pay and the actual amount.

Since it was also yesterday I pushed a new version to HWS Connect regarding the discount, it might have been a legacy cache issue.

Can you please refresh your HWS Connect page (CTRL + SHIFT + R) and then try again?
