unfortunately I have to make another announcement about the recent Patch 1.8.10 (and its consequences 1.8.X).
Since patch 1.8.10, after some time but still apparently randomly, you can’t login properly to the server anymore.
Either you get an EAC Disconnect 1/2 popup or you are in a mysterious queue, which makes no sense.
I tried it myself and we are all in the same boat.

Stuff like that is seen in the logs.
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it, I’m sorry.
I’ll contacted Eleon about it and push for a hotfix asap.
Until then, some workarounds might help, some not.
Verify your steam files for example.
Or delete all files in that folder here (after making a backup):
c:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Empyrion - Galactic Survival\Client\Empyrion_Data\Plugins\x86_64
And then do a steam verify again(!).
Either way, we all have to wait for a hotfix
