Patreon is not letting me renew my monthly subscription. I was able to pay $7 just fine the first time. I tried to cancel my patreon and reapply again but it still doesn’t work, but I managed to do a test 1 euro donation directly from HWS, so it definitely does not have anything to do with my Paypal or Bank account but on Patreon’s end. May I perhaps renew my patreon by sending a custom donation through HWS instead?
I think you should contact Patreon support about this

thanks for supporting us and sorry to hear.
But yeah, we have no control over it unfortunately 
I think at the start of a month Patreon becomes quite instable because millions of users are processed on their end.
Try to contact them or wait a bit.
Our system is not connected to their system at least.
That means we do not have the possibility to accept something from outside to activate it on Patreon either.
Patreon support told me to contact my bank and my bank said there are no issues… Oh well, let me know then if or when it’s possible for me to pay direct through HWS. I don’t need a Patreon account if it’s possible to just use the exclusive HWS Connect features only.
