Did you check HWS Connect? The rewards are digital, and not something you can see ingame, without using eb:info and o:info.

i spoke too soon. i saw the change in the activity log, but no dna or credits received. refreshed hws connect page, but bank and dna have not reflected change.
I checked, and it’s the first entry in your player log 
Try pressing Ctrl + Shift + R a few times.
I have already forced refresh multiple times on my browser prior to creating the ticket as well as after. i can see the log entry, but no other change
So you don’t see your 2740 DNA and 42 million credits, if you visit your Player Info page and Elemental Bank page?

Those were my totals from yesterday . . . .
Sure, but then you paid ~40 million credits to upgrade your bank to level 5
Afterwards you have ~16 million, and then you were moved up again by the rewards today.
