Please help...SV not warped properly

======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======

What happened?
=> my Sv Korgulator, didnt warp properly upon doing csw from RE NA to RE EU . // I can pilot the ship cuz i know the passcode but CAN’'T access anything in it , (P,Y,L) control panel/cargos, left the faction 117 after the issue happened , (had warp to my EU home , relog , restart steam , even whole computer …same result , went to same result , did informed Rex about it via discord , but refering to you as well , cant be stuck there while im almost all done on my first season :wink: please help me out on this one … SV didnt appeared in structure commander , ( and cant salvaged or dmg the ship sinc eit doesnt exist in EU :stuck_out_tongue:

=> can you spawn it back properly please …shes my first real sv , has 10 aux and 2 sml quant… really worried here … i spent the whole season without losing a ship in combat … but losing it like this with so time and credits involved in it … in combat it would be a great deal to lose it … but by doing csw which i do daily , with my CV and this ship onboard … warping with just the sv was good idea since its update day but i regret it for 3hours now ( yet again approximately) and i love this game , im NOT upset just really worried . i love my sv :slight_smile: . hoping it can be solved rapidely , ill leave the ship in eu cross server space and try t warp back shipless to NA

Hey,

the ship was set to your friends reefer since he was also in the csw process and somehow he could not get your faction on the destination server and therefore took the first player from csw.

I set it back to you. You should be able to access it again.

ah a huge thanks , i love this ship lol but if i may upon the process , i quit my faction 117 , thus my house in EU id still theirs im next to it in EU , will try to get access to it whlie you receive this . Korgul’s BA (name) / system : Satetath /sector: Ideelzmon. sorry the trouble , like i said its my first season , but im learning from every mistakes
