Generally the admins only teleport people because of bugs, not because of failure to plan ahead.

There is also a chat command to set a home spawn point, and there is a chat command to set the HQ planet as your home planet.
Both of which every player should take advantage of.

I’m not an admin though so wait for a response from someone in charge.

Generally in such a case you would be expected to find your own way back.
