Please recover lost 6x ice turrets

What happened?
=> In short, lost 6x ice turrets after pick up them from the floor.

Bought this rich mining pack from HWS Trader, but thought it’s working as for Marketplace, DA Sandman Jr helped me to put them into a cargo.
He threw me 6x yellow (rich) turrets and 6x ice turrets.
I picked them up (with a connected cargo) from the floor, 1) yellow ones and 2) blue ones.

But got only yellow ones went in my cargo.

Hot bar was empty as well, it went to the cargo directly.

Searched underwater, it was empty.

Technically we have no logs over what happened here, but if you can tell me the exact item name (there is no “ice turret” item), then I’ll make a one-time exception based on trust, and return the 6 turrets to you.

Well, I got no reason to take advantage in this situation - you may see I took the deal for buying these turrets, I have 0 ice turrets in my inventory (one automated) nor Sandman has some of them (unless he got his ones).
He can describe his story.

We got another case. I passed the a laser rifle and ammo to my faction mate he couldn’t get rifle… But it seems, in this case, it’s just disappeared.

UPD: it happened another, just confirmed, thing can go through a surface.

You should really be using a storage for transferring things and not dropping them on the ground.
Not only can they fall through surfaces, the game also has a tendency to straight up delete them sometimes.

Hi, sorry, but it’s a one-time thing per player.

Without knowing for sure, a laser rifle and a little ammo doesn’t sound too rare, so it might be better for you to ask the community for help. They’re often happy to help as well.

No-no, of course it’s not about a new ticket, it cheap stuff, I just mentioned about an example this issue other cases.

Ah okay. But then it’s as TwitchyJ said; it’s best you avoid dropping items to the ground.

On top of that, the connected toolbar can also cause loses, if it’s disconnects abruptly, for example by a disconnect or if you log out.
So that’s best to only have enabled when you need it right away, and disconnect it again right after.

Unfortunately for both of these, our logs are very limited, and we would normally need video evidence of the loss to be able to help

I have only screenshot, and a player who can confirm this incident…
And you, probably, see my purchase on HWS Trader.

And wish purchases from HWS Trader would work in the same way like it work for HWS Marketplace - this is the safest approach.
