=> I tried to take kon an abandoned factory solo but the POI reset and I can’t retrieve my bag

=> N/A can’t get close turrets keep killing me

How can we help you now?
=> Please help retrieve my backpack there are two one with guns and one with a plethora of items I’d like the latter

Sorry, not much we can do about the backpack. Those regenerations are part of the risks and others would request a refund non stop then.
About your ship:
can you post a screenshot of it please?
Cause you posted an ID of the POI, not your ship.
If it is “halved”, a relog often fixes it… otherwise bad bug
