Problem connecting to server

=> I’m trying to play on the server, but the files never download, they take too long, I’ve been trying to connect for more than 6 hours.
What should I do to resolve this issue? I’ve already restarted the internet, my video card is up to date and so is my PC.

Anyone looking to skip the atrocious download, extract these directly into:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Empyrion - Galactic Survival\Saves\Cache

If you’re in the HWS Discord, you can find all the files here and a guide to download them directly.

This is a lot faster, and you don’t need to be ingame.
