I salvage to OCD but OCD still empty…

Dashboard write i must receive all part of my ship but didnt happen…

I up OCD with Patron support and he still dont work

So if u can : restore the ship or give me the parts in OCD because i go to ECS Recycle zone to do it, Dashboard write that the ship has been recycle but nothing reach my OCD

you did get some basic blocks into your OCD, with 50% return…that (and the fact you had to go to recycle zone) means you have Recycle level 1 what gives only blocks back, but you need Recycle level 5 to also get devices back

If u cancel verify because it was a very big ship, i will not recycle this ship to have just 10 blocks…

If u can cancel the recycle ? i will salvage myself the ship, i didnt think that the recycle is so worth for new player.

i cant build a new ship now… and i read that recycle will send to my ocd block. The warning text didnt said that i will have 1% of the ship

Hey,

as far as I see you have only Recylce level 1 but I see you got OCD level 5. So as Marko says, thats the issue here.

Since its your first ticket I restored the ship. Its at the place where you recycled it before (Keep the change, since its not much)

For the future: Undoing recylce is a nogo for us, since it takes way too long. We would do this only in extreme situations. In this case there is not much put into your ocd, so its ok.
