Your elemental bank is fine and around 6 million credits as you say.
Can you please screenshot the order in the HWS Marketplace you’re trying to buy, where it fails?

Have you maybe mistaken unit price for the real price?

Today I tried to buy 1000 erestrum ingot.Price for unit are 78 credits/unit.Total would be 78000 credits+taxes.But can’t buy!

But these things happen to any item I want to buy on the Marketplace,this was an example.

Hmm, can you please try to spam Ctrl + Shift + R a few times in HWS Connect? Or perhaps try to do the same in another browser.

are you by chance missing the amount of DNA required to buy a thousand items outside a market zone? I imagine that cost would be rather high at bank level 1.

I just checked the logs, and yes, I think Bob is right. You were on a starter planet, and not near a market zone when you tried to make your purchases, @lidan.

And you don’t have much DNA, so it’s likely that which is causing it to fail
