Put a lot of ore into the furnace and got hardly any ingots out

What happened?
=> I put in 2800 zascosium ore to my furnaces. I only got 400 ingots out. The rest of the ore and ingots dis-appeared. 2800/5=560; 560*10=5600. Or is my math incorrect?

Hello,
such topics (if you search for them here Support - Forum HWS | Empyrion Multiplayer Homeworld Server) are completely out of question for us. We can’t tell you anything without a video, cause it’s not logged anywhere, unfortunately.
The best explanation you could ever get is: make it reproducible. See if it happens under certain conditions all the time and then file a bug report, so the developers can fix it.

I made a video of how it normally works with another ore, but no glitches. However, I recall I logged out and then back twice while it was processing the ores. Which I have never had a problem with before, all ores were processed. C’est la vie, C’est la guerre, C’est la pom de terre… or something like that…

Is your base over CPU? That causes the return rate to become lower than if it was within CPU limitations.
