PVE --> PVP rotation

It might be written down somewhere but for the life of me I cannot find it. What is the exact time (with TZ) when the systems flip from PVE to PVP.

Sekro-7 Orbit + Ulonam: Monday 9AM - Wednesday 9AM PvE - other days PvP
Talivea Orbit + Catogar: Monday 9AM - Wednesday 9AM PvE - other days PvP
Goskada Orbit + Wjiro: Wednesday 9AM - Friday 9AM PvE - other days PvP
Neytone Orbit + Zuccria: Wednesday 9AM - Friday 9AM PvE - other days PvP
Haname Orbit + Fierralur: Friday 9AM - Monday 9AM PvE - other days PvP
Xerult Orbit + Jagal: Friday 9AM - Monday 9AM PvE - other days PvP

Sadly I still dont know the TZ. Anyone knows what TZ it’s ?

I believe the changes are at 9am GMT+2, which translates to 3am eastern, 2am central, 1am mountain, or midnight pacific for US times.
