I donated earlier today and get a notice in game thanking me for the donation, but don’t have any resource packages available immediately. I then saw something vague on the donation page about requiring 5 hours of gameplay before being able to use those benefits; is that correct? Will I get my stuff once I hit the 5 hour mark?
if you mean the do:re supply packs, you can use one per 10 hours playtime on server. so at 10 hr you can use the first one. After 100 hours you should be able to use all of them.
The other thing that is noteworthy is that it is manual, and requires an admin to be on and see your donation. Once one comes online, they will add your benefits.
