When you donate for the Stargate, is it also an option to choose the small teleporter?
I don’t think there’s any real difference except it’d be easier to use the teleporter.

ehm, Stargates just looked cooler 
But on request we can also implement the plain Teleporters.
P.S.: Technically there is a difference. Only with Stargates (Portals) you can link Missions (Instances).
