Random Disconnect, Lost Tool Bar items

======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======

What happened?
=> Random disconnect that caused my Logistics toolbar slots 5,6,7,9 to replace equipment in my player inventory. Advanced Minigun, Laser Rifle, Origin Gun!!!, and Texture/Color tool. I really only care about the Origin Gun loss, I can replace the other stuff.

Server? (+ EU or + NA or RE EU or RE NA)
=> RE NA

When did it happen? (Use server time: type ingame cb:time)
=> Sunday, 18 February between 20:25-20:30

On which Playfield?
=> Haven

Structure Name(s)?
=>

Structure ID(s) (Open ingame console and type di)?
=> No loss of structures

How can we help you now?
=> Can I get a replacement Origin Gun? Thanks

Hi, in 5 hours or so, I will see what I can do. If you want, you might be able to get a new one faster if you ask the community ingame how.
I think you can get a new one on ECC, but I’m not certain where.

I put the origin weapon back into your inventory now. I’d recommend you to be very careful when using the connected toolbar for anything valuable.
It’s an extremely common bug that it causes items to disappear, and we can’t help every time :slightly_smiling_face:
