RE quest broke when the server crashed, and cannot be completed

=> Khalad does not spawn.

=> A week ago, when the server crashed. Issue still ongoing.

On which Playfield?
=> Haven (starter planet)

=> Khalad’s Ruined Tank

How can we help you now?
=> I’m trying to do the Tal’on quest “Vindicator”. The quest sent me to find Khalad in his ruined tank. I initially found him there, but the server crashed while I was talking to him. That happened around a week ago. Since then I have been trying to get him to appear again, but he just won’t spawn anymore. I have deactivated and reactivated the quest a dozen times, and I went to other playfields, hoping to find him there. The quest assumes I’m done talking to him, but since the server crashed before the chapter was complete, it won’t let me advance to the next chapter.
Many other players in the chat say have the same problem.

I’m stuck exactly at the stage that you highlighted in the picture. Point Blank: Speak to Khalad.

Ok, after some digging it looks like it got added after we started our season.

This is unfortunate and can only be fixed when I full wipe the start planet, which won’t make players happy either.
So for now I allowed it to manual complete it in the PDA. Ugly workaround.
