Recyle Base to Backpack

======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======

What happened:
=> I recyled my Base to the Backpack via the Structure Commander. But it only gave my back some blocks, not my tons of armored concrete. I don’t know if it got into the OCD, but this is not how it should work. (If i recyle to my backpack, I want the stuff to the backpack.)

Its supposed to be that way.
Just check your OCD

OK i can not find this information anywhere.

I used this command because i wanted the stuff to my backback. I would have used the OCD command instead, if i wanted to get the stuff to the OCD.

It was made that way because many complained about the backpack being blocked with all blocks and the devices landing in the OCD, when the backpack is full.
