Registry Broken, Teleporter and internal error!

What happened:
=> Getting internal error when accessing my registry happens mainly when trying to use teleporter. I can sometimes teleport from a random structure into places, but then can’t warp back due to the error message!

in console it said

Could not find method ‘set label’ on UI scrollablePopuplist
System.AugmentNullException: Value cannot be null.

Hi Rex its like I think my galaxy map is all screwed from a playfield update. I am currently in ‘Chala Delta’ but before it registered as ‘Bathorin’ and is still showing that on my system map its like my galaxy map and my system map are showing two different things. My galaxy changed a few days ago and a lot of the names of systems i had visited changed too.
