Hey, @FellowAsp869.

If you mean that a second duplicate ship is being “repaired” below your own ship, so you end up having a useless clone, then it’s unfortunately a common bug.
From my knowledge, it happens if you don’t save a template after spawning a blueprint.

Sadly, there’s nothing we can do to fix it for you. Your only option is to scrap the entire ship, put the blocks into your blueprint factory, and then spawn a new one, and manually save the template.
It’s not a great solution, but it’s the only one

i’m a bit confused about this ticket, when you spawn a ship in it becomes the template.., on the bottom left of the p menu (ship menu) you can save the ship as a ‘template’ with the current changes, if you have not done this.. the game will try to undo changes and revert it to the original spawn.

When you do changes to your ship plz use the p menu and save the changes.

There is nothing we can do as this is saved client side.

You answered via Mail which is a very bad idea. Unfortunately this is a stupid feature of this forum software, even though I already tried to turn it off.

So to get your messages out here in chronological order:

sounds like that’s what it is at least we figured it out but for the sake of saving time is it possible to have one of you delete this ship and give me back the resources? it’s a behemoth of a ship it’ll easily take me 2 hours just to scrap it

The only remaining question i had was about the quick return of the ships resources and deletion of said ship from a mod or an admin as opposed to 2 straight hours of tedious multitool scrapping

But either way, we can’t scrap your ship for you. But we have EGS Recycle that you can use to very quickly scrap your ship.
Just make sure to upgrade it to level 5+, or you won’t get any devices.

It’s less efficient than a multitool, but it’s a LOT faster.
