I donated for the xl package and I received it. But I’m not too sure what “permanant” means. Does it mean I donate once or do I need to donate again to get the package again?

permanent and per season means the duration of the donated option.
Permanent means it is “waiting” for you forever.
Per season means it requires from you to redonate after 3 month.
So a permanent Alien Core or Resource package for example means that it waits forever until you use it. It does not disappear.
Oh I see. So if I did want another resource package, I will need to donate again, correct?
If you used your previous one you get another one with redonating, yes. That is independent from seasons, hence doesn’t matter if permanent or not.
The only special package is the “HWS Donator” one.
If you donate once to that and used all max. 10 charges it does refill automatically after a full wipe without redonating.
