"respawn at origin planet" accident

======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======

What happened?
=> I accidentally hit “respawn at origin planet” instead of “Respawn near backpack” and it deleted my CV miner (structure id: 8337211 ) and the items on my toolbar, including my origin gun, all my meds, my weapons, everything.

Player(s) with issue? (steam name)
=> Herc

Server? (EU or NA)
=> EU

When did it happen? (Use server time: type ingame cb:time)
=> between 21:56 and 23:00

On which Playfield?
=> Maveth (we were doing The Dead Chapter 2: The Last Cry, specifically in the “reroute power” stage)

Structure Name(s)?
=> Space Brick (herc)

Structure ID(s) (Open ingame console and type di)?
=> 8337211

How can we help you now?
=> please restore my lost ship, and I would also really appreciate returning the items that were lost as well like my armor, the stuff on my toolbelt, etc

Good morning, @Herc. Welcome to HWS.

Your ship was probably destroyed by a common docking-related bug, but I see that you already found cb:restore which helps in such cases.

And since you’re new, I restored your backpack as an exception :slight_smile:

In an effort to avoid the common docking related bug, what about docking causes deletion of ships?

Good question. No clue ^^
Basically, assume that the moment you dock a ship to something else, it’ll eventually be deleted for no reason.
