Which New Server do you mean?
If you mean HWS RE, then this is not possible, since its a different Szenario with different items and configs etc.
If you mean HWS NA, then you can move this manually or with HWS Connect.

Starting over on a brand new server is kinda part of the game
But enjoy it budd, sometimes it is nice to go back to the roots of the game
