What happened: It’s been a year or so since I played. Previously I had donated for the unlimited credit carry-forward, which was later changed to 70M, iirc. I also made a separate donation for OCD level 5. While my OCD still has 100 slots worth of stuff, when I look at my player information on this site it says I have no OCD levels purchased. I have not tried to access the OCD as I’m still on the starter planet.

How can we help you now: Please let me know if you removed donated OCD levels, if my donor status was lost, or if I’m missing something when I look at player information here. Thank you!

Everything is still available on the NA server.
Thank you for your reply. to clarify - When I look at HWS connect for North America on this website. I select the tab, “Player Info.” and see:
OCD level 5: No
It seems it should read:
OCD level 5: Yes

That is telling you that you didn’t use the new donation to get OCD5 (donations were changed). You got it through the old donation, which isn’t displayed on there.
You need to actually go into the OCD tab to see what level your OCD is currently at.
He knows what he is talking about 
But to make it all “right” I activated it also via the new system now. After the next login / game session it should display “Yes”.
