Hey, @reanor.

It’s not possible to undo a recycle.
But what we can do, is to at least temporarily restore the ship, so you can take items from the containers. If we do this, you are not allowed to place or remove any blocks on the ship, at all.
After you’re done, we will delete the ship again.

Once you’re online and read the above, let us know, and we’ll check. It might have to wait until tomorrow, as I won’t be online for long today.

That would be wonderful, I only need items from containers. That ship disappointed me quite a few times. If you can do this, it would be a great weight off of my shoulders. The way the game is challenging already, these mistakes are quite disappointing. I’d appreciate any help you can provide. I already built stronger ship, just need those items from the containers. I’ll be on for most part of the day. Please place the ship on my front landing deck, and I’ll let yo know as soon as I moved items from the containers, or however you’d like to do this. Thank you so MUCH for your help! I’ll think twice the next time I’ll recycle anything.

Also, that ship had Alien Core, I’d like to have it back. I had a recycle 5 when I recycled it and alien core didn’t recycle into my OCD. I’ve read some other people here had this issue as well. I’d appreciate it much if I can get my alien core back as well. I won’t touch anything of course, just the container items. It will be at your discretion if I can get my Alien Core back after that.

Also, that ship had Alien Core, I’d like to have it back.

If you check your HWS Connect Player Log on the Dashboard, you’ll see a log over what you got and not from the recycle. That list includes every block type on your structure. It didn’t have an Alien Core or an NPC Core.
If it had been lost to a reason, it would either say: “NOT: NPC Core (CPU)” or “LOST: NPC Core (CPU)”.

Thanks, I figured what happened, my alien core was destroyed when I got too close to Orbital Satellite, which is when I decided I’ve had enough of bad luck with that ship.

It looks like when you are on its 4AM for me. I’ll try to get on early tomorrow while working from home if you will be on in the morning of your time. Otherwise, would it be possible for you to just drop the items into Cargo 09 in my Lake Penthouse ID# 16103, [REA] Lake Shell on HWS Meta. Whichever works best.

Unfortunately we can’t help with that Alien Core loss, as we don’t have logs over it

But you’re right, timing is tough. Let’s just do it another way: I’ll go restore the ship now and set it privately to yours (which it should stay), and then when you’re done, using cb:destroy:12431497. Please let me know when it’s done.

It’s parked in ECC Sector, since it would get removed by limits on HWS Meta. If you get taxed, just let me know, and I’ll refund it.
Reminder: do not modify the ship, at all. Only containers.

Speaking of destroying old assets, how do I remove old bookmark that is stuck on Galaxy Wide HUD? I salvaged that small miner manually long time ago, but the bookmark didn’t go away. I wonder if some kind of microscopic item remained. It’s called [REA] Miner and it no longer shows in my structure commander even in deleted assets. it is stuck in Elenare system, on GAIAM 28153 I planet. Can you guys somehow destroy it? Because it is no longer in structure commander, I can’t destroy it with a command. Maybe you have a log of my previous ships and can get the ID to destroy it. If so, please burn it with fire!

Great, no worries

The only way to remove the old bookmark is to go to the location, right click it in your map, and click “Remove”. The bookmark is likely not related to an actual ship - it’s justa standalone bookmark (assuming it’s yellow colored).

Otherwise, you can go into your registry and “Reset Waypoints”, but this is ALL your waypoints.
