hi to get the one rp per day to live only in pve where can we go, i thought there was no more pve only place after starter to build a base ?
There are plenty of PvE planets. Capital planet, the penthouse planets, noel, rotating PvPvE worlds, etc.

a lot of planets actually
Every PvPvE rotation planet has this bonus if you time it correctly.
For example from monday till friday on origin planets. But perma PvE planets out there too… maybe hostile but PvE 
oh sorry have to check so looking for a hard pve planet should be great, need to study this
If you are looking for a Space Station base, you could try peacekeepers…
