good evening…
you should manually be able to continue this mission…
if you hit your missions F1, and click on the check box you can continue your adventure…
unfortuantely, majoriy of missions can continue in this way due to bugs etc…

Thanks for the response. We actually did this skip on the second step since it was not showing but we can not skip this section.

I assume you speak about that quest:

The first 2 actions can be skipped. For the last one you need to “talk” with the Antenna console (Dialogue).
