Several of my ships/vehicles suddenly disappeared on the **HWS RE EU** server.

What happened?
Several of my ships/vehicles suddenly disappeared on the HWS RE EU server. They were not destroyed by me, not manually removed, and I did not delete them. They just disappeared.

Player name:

Server:
HWS RE EU

Approximate time:
Around 12:35 server time.

Location / situation:
They were close to the starting area originally. I have since jumped through many systems trying to find them, but I cannot locate any of them.

Important detail:
None of the missing ships/vehicles appear in my registry anymore.

Lost ships/vehicles:

  1. Wraith Factory
  2. Wriath Ice Miner / possibly Wraith Ice Miner

SVs:

  1. Wraith SSalvager / possibly Wraith Salvager
  2. Wraith Star Reaper
  3. Wraith Miner
  4. The Thing 2.0

HVs:

  1. Wraith Wood Harvester
  2. CB 5

Extra details:
I checked the registry and they are not listed there anymore. I also travelled through multiple systems to search for them manually, but I cannot find them anywhere. Could this please be checked in the logs around 12:35 on RE EU?

Could you please investigate what happened to these ships/vehicles and restore them if possible?

Thank you, I checked HWS Connect > Structure Commander now.

The structures are showing there as not deleted and still active in Iteu Sector / Balogameus , but in-game my normal Registry only shows the CV I am currently inside. I am currently in the same sector and still cannot see/access the other ships in-game.

Hey, @Slingshot1. Since Structure Commander says they’re not deleted, most likely one of two bugs is at play here. To find out which, you must fly to the location of the ships (within 2 km), and stay online in that area for 2-15 minutes.
If you’re farther away than 2 km or not online, nothing will change.
But keep in mind that your in-game registry doesn’t matter too much here. Structure Commander is more trustworthy.

Then hopefully of two things should happen:

  1. After ~2 minutes, the ships will show as deleted in Structure Commander. Only then can you use cb:restore:11176119 and similar for the other ships.

Or

  1. After 10-15 minutes, the ships will magically reappear in-game as if nothing happened.

Only after you’ve stayed in the area for a while and ruled out each of these bugs, then we’ll be able to help more :slight_smile:
But don’t worry, you won’t lose your ships permanently.

Thank you for explaining.

I am now in Iteu Sector / Balogameus near the coordinates shown in Structure Commander, around 8360 / 1282 / 4305, and I will stay within 2 km of the ships for 10–15 minutes as advised.

The in-game registry is still only showing my current CV, but I understand now that Structure Commander is more trustworthy.

I also tried cb:restore:<ID> on one of the missing structures and it seems to be working. I will restore/check them one by one and will let you know if any of them still do not appear or if Structure Commander still shows problems after waiting in the area.
