Hello Galactic Survivalists!



The way clients download a SharedData folder is changing!

We will be introducing a better way to handle SharedData downloads that doesn’t use any dedicated server bandwidth on log in.

If you don't provide the new URL field then the old way is used.

5 years to get a crouch button, 3 years to get a download redirect, not much longer and we might be able to walk around while our ships are moving…

Hehe… it’s not linear… let’s say 2 years :wink:

Update: Found the info on Discord. Trying it now… thanks!

I’ve downloaded the file from the google drive.

Found the Empyrion, content folder in steamapps. Do I just copy the file into this directory (extracted I mean.)
Not sure what to do with it.

The files RexXxuS uploaded goes into: ..\Empyrion - Galactic Survival\Saves\Cache, unzipped.
