Ship access lost (Indicates Red)

What happened?
=> Came back next day and ship wouldn’t let me in. It had a Red tag. The day before I had changed it to faction SWF and next day I was going to change it to Private before leaving SWF and joining OP4 and the SWF faction was gone so lost access to the ship.
