What happened?

I warped to a M2 Star named “Graphisa [M2]” and then warped to ‘Loklaae III’ Upon doing so I lagged and was forced to quit the game. Upon returning, a huge and important section of the ship was missing, including my harvest, main controller, secondary controller etc etc etc.

=> I’m not sure what help is available especially due to the massive amount of cargo that was lost, but take your time. 
These are items I left stored on the ship (though some ingots would have been used etc) But this is the only traceable evidence of items I had. I don’t really care about getting everything back because I like playing but some of the more grating things to get like the upgrade kits, optrionics (I had 120 large Bridges and around 40 large matrixes), platinum, gold were lost in the process. But the only thing I can’t fix myself is the insane repair cost LMAO.
this bug is so old and frustrating…
