Ship either deleted or just left without me

======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======

What happened: warped to HW before a restart (blackhole wipe) but when I logged back in it put me in blackhole and it says my ship is here but it isn’t
Player(s) with issue: GCG - Cabose
Server: HWS NA
Time (cb:time): 5:10 p.m. EST
Playfield: Homeworld, Blackhole
Structure Name(s): it’s name is just “Ship”
Structure ID(s): 52293038
How can we help you now: I can’t get back to HW to see if the ship is there, but I can’t tell if it is deleted, moved, or anything. I’d preferably like my ship back but mostly wanna know where it even is.

sorry but you warped into Black Hole right before the server kicked you due to restart.
Thats a bad decision to do so :expressionless:

As mentioned here, bringing back the Ship would cost you: 475000 Credits and 1 RP

Since you are relatively new, don’t have that money and this incident is very sad and might be due to missing information/understanding regarding the restarts I would respawn it for free.
Please just let me know where to put it (Playfield and Coordinates, or close to which other structure).

I absolutely have the money for that and I wouldn’t want to lie, so I can pay the full amount.

Oh ok, I guess I forgot to check your EC too ;). Just looked at the bank coins.

Just let me know where I should spawn the ship. (don’t want to spawn it in Black Hole while you are not there.)

If you could spawn it anywhere is Stryom Sector space that would be fantastic. Thank you so much.
