Ship got removed without any trace!

I was mining an astroid in PVP planet are. I exited my mining ship and died by radiation. I respawn, went back to my base got another ship and headed back to pvp zone to retrieve my mining ship but it wasnt there. Its not in my structure commander list on website. its not on my log reports and its also not on my proximity log! if it was destroyed I would know from log. it seems like it just got removed without any trace. I had an alien core on that I appreiate if you could check logs and help me

Hey,

I restored it as exception. You were over the structure limits on pvp. Please inform yourself about it and read the ingame warnings you got 6 times

Thanks alot, I crashed thats why I died it was out of my control.
I can see it now but I cant access it the owner is HWS
