Ship Taken in Donare Space by HWS

What happened:
=> I got a warning from GG for having a ship for over 3k blocks, so I left. I warped from GG, to HW, to Rev-6 and I was 3km away from my donare gate and HWS took my ship. Then my own CVs destroyed what was left of my SV.
