What happened:
=> While on ECC for a quick stop at the market I got a warning for over class vessel telling me I had 4more before it was taken away. shortly after as I was about to leave, my CV with 2 docked SV disappeared before I even got another warning.

The warning system appears to not be working correctly anymore. You aren’t the first person to have similar issues.
Unfortunately not everyone has had proof that it isn’t working, so it’s been slow to figure out it’s broken.
sorry for the problems. Just check your registry. The ships are not wiped.
Due to many PVP issues we implemented a new technique to warp overclassed ships out immediately (so they are not destroyed, but just warped into Orbit.
Sadly the player is not warped with it. We still try to get that working though.
