But did you try this button:
Hey Dr. Dark,
That window didn’t show properly on mobile, sorry for not filling it in. I tried that button but that didn’t help, I think something went wrong with the received experience leveling you up but not triggering the in game level up rewards. Perhaps the in game UP command got overwritten by the increase UP command from HWS.
There is no need to fix it right now, with a wipe just around the corner, but perhaps other players will have an issue with this in the future as well.
