Solar capacitors not working

What happened:
=> My solar panels are drawing more power than I’m using but the capacitors aren’t charging. There is no longer a battery graphic in the Control Panel, but there is still a listing for battery in Statistics and it stays at 0. When I look at the capacitors in Devices, the “Active” switch for each capacitor is red/off. If I turn it on, it switches itself back off in a couple of seconds. I tried putting them on a custom switch and it did nothing.

Edit: In the time it took to write this ticket, the capacitors turned themselves on without any action on my part. I’m still submitting the ticket to report a possible bug since the bug reports thread is closed.
