Some Packages not received after becoming Master Patron

What happened?
=> I signed up for HWS Master Patron and I only received some of the packages. I still do not have the XL resources, the 10k Points, and the Alien Core. I did receive the XS Resource Package and the Instant level 25 though.

Did you link account in connect after update?
Has it been a server restart acter update?
Did you speak to the rexxus on egs?

Yes because I did receive the XS Resource Package and the Instant level 25 package.
