Spawned my ship, DC'd, ship is gone. Please help

I finally went to spawn my first ship on your server and the moment I pressed “spawn” I DC’d and came back the ship is gone. It’s not in registry, it’s not anywhere, it’s gone.

NA server, Pirate Journey starting planet. Also been dealing with crazy DCs all night. Not sure if it’s related.

Happened about 10 minutes ago it’s currently 5:15PM CST

I need my ship back please.

I spent the past 10 hours designing a ship in creative that both fit your server specs AND that I could afford. Also bought an XL package from your website to help pay for the ship. Please help.

=> Server time currently granted it was a bit before this: Sunday July 12th, 00:25 2020

On which Playfield?
=> pirate journey starter planet

Structure Name(s)?
=> CV named “AX - Mining T1”

Structure ID(s) (Open ingame console and type di)?
=> can’t, it’s gone.

How can we help you now?
=> I’d like my ship back.

Could you please put the info into the correct boxes?
It makes it easier for the admins to find what they need.

Welcome to HWS @Oddyseous
Unfortunately, if a structure has never saw the light on the server, it means we have no structure ID, backup, nothing of it.
Hence it was a local error, we can’t know and unfortunately can’t help.

I gave you 2 XL packages back though, least I can do.
