Strange disconnects while uploading material to OCD

What happened?
=> Strange disconnects (two in my case) and lost material while uploading to OCD during a disconnect. This is more of an FYI than need for support.
This affected a number of players in the US playing on the RE server. Note conversation in discord in the RE chat section. “Strange” in that instead of getting a lost server notice where-in the game continues afterward, the server or something just kicked us out. And when trying to log back in the server is not listed in the history list for some time.
Other issue is that the HWS server froze while uploading to OCD, after logging out and in nothing was lost, but I’ve never seen that issue before.

=> Just be aware that it still happens. Also note while uploading to OCD, same date
at 3:21 to 3:22 the HWS website froze up. I had to log out, at the risk of losing the uploading material,
and log back in. Before logging off the screen went black and the loading circle wouldn’t stop.
nothing was lost in this one. You guys are doing a great job I look forward to next season.

just to understand. So for one you had connection issues ingame while using OCD, and also HWS Connect was frozen during OCD?

Right. The disconnect while using OCD resulted in the loss of items being uploaded. The HWS frozen connection during OCD did not lose anything and did not occur during a server disconnect. In over 3k hours of playing and using the HWS site I’ve never seen it freeze up like that. Seemed to be unable to load the page after I sent the items to OCD. Like I said, just FYI. I seem to be getting used to losing stuff due to disconnects or glitches and then just carrying on.
